Detailing Cancellation Policy

At Touch & Admire Detailing, we take great pride in delivering a professional, reliable, and high-quality service to every client. We understand that plans can change; however, late cancellations and missed appointments can have a significant impact on our schedule and business.

To ensure fairness and allow us to continue providing the best possible service, the following cancellation policy applies.

  1. Notice Period

We kindly ask that you provide at least 7 days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

  1. Cancellation Fees
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking will incur a fee of 25% of the total booking value.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking value.
    • Where possible, we are happy to reschedule your appointment rather than cancel.

 

  1. Deposits

For larger bookings, we may require a deposit to secure your appointment.

Please note that all deposits are strictly non-refundable.

 

  1. Unpaid Fees

If a cancellation fee remains unpaid for more than 7 days and we are unable to resolve the matter directly, the outstanding balance may be referred for formal debt recovery.
