To ensure fairness and allow us to continue providing the best possible service, the following cancellation policy applies.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 7 days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
For larger bookings, we may require a deposit to secure your appointment.
Please note that all deposits are strictly non-refundable.
If a cancellation fee remains unpaid for more than 7 days and we are unable to resolve the matter directly, the outstanding balance may be referred for formal debt recovery.
We believe this policy is fair, clear, and necessary to protect our time and maintain the high standards our clients expect. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
